    Dear Sir/Mdm,

    I’m trying to display additional tabs on my single product page http://theoptometrypractice.sg/top/shop/dailies-total1/

    Currently when I go to Customize > Woocommerce, the toggles are all on but they are not showing on my product page.

    Please advice.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.

    I think you’ve misread my question.

    I’m asking why are the options available on the Customize > woocommerce > shop page but it’s not showing on my product page.

    The Options like On Additional information tab. Right now I only see Reviews Tab.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the confusion. Your additional tab will appear if you set the additional info such as “weight”. When they are not present on the products, the tab won’t appear.

    Hope this helps.
