tsjobomParticipantHi, my client wants pages to print exactly how they look in the browser. Is there an easy way to disable all @media print styles? I am using the integrity light stack.

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in.
It’s not possible, they are deeply integrated into the core and compiled. Maybe I misunderstood it, do you wish to alter the styling when your page is displayed for printing?
Thanks!

tsjobomParticipantThanks for the reply, is there a plan for a feature like this to be added? I told my client it’s not supposed to print like it looks in the browser, but they still want it. I don’t want to just alter it, I want to disable print styles completely so it looks like the browser page. But I can’t even seem add the body background image to the printed style without modifying the core css because it’s using !important flags.

tsjobomParticipantOne more thing, the recent post featured images are blank when printing as well. Any way to fix?

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s due to your browser printing settings, and mostly background images are disabled when printing. It can’t be controlled by just a CSS. You should check your browser printing options.
Printing web page can never be the same as how it’s displayed on the browser. I’m not really sure what customization on print styling you wish to alter or achieve, hence, I can’t really tell the possibility.
Thanks!
