    we are having a reoccurring issue where we have been receiving duplicate orders from the same customer because they click the “place order” button on our site more than once. I would like to know how to disable the button while the order is processing to avoid any duplicate orders.

    Hello There,

    To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look and do a test order to simulate the ordering process in your site?

    To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
    – Link to your site

    – WordPress Admin username / password (only if necessary)
