    Hi

    Is it possible to disable the column container and possibly also use marginless cloumon for only a single column?
    I’m aware it can be changed in the row settings, but this affects all columns in the row.

    I’m trying to achieve a look similar to your Cornerstone sales page (http://theme.co/cornerstone/), where some of the content sticks to the edge of one side.

    If the look is easier obtained using another approach than disabling the column container for only one column, then it is great too.

    Wordpress version: 4.5
    Cornerstone version: 1.2.4

    Hi Julius,

    Yes, there are different ways to disable column container.
    First is by using Blank No Container Template under Page settings > Page Template. This will give you fullwidth section edge to edge of the browser and then you can control the spacing on Section instead.

    Next will be by settings the Column Container to OFF when you inspect the ROW.
    To help you better please clarify what you want to achieve so we can give you a tailored suggestion.

    Always,
    X

    Hi

    I’ve experimented with values in this chunk of styling to achieve the effect.

    @media (min-width:1500px){

    .class-name{
    position:relative;
    right: 200px;
    }
    }

    Not quite as easy as I hoped, but I found that my design doesn’t necessarily improve much by using it, so I will do without.

    Thank you

    Hi There,

    I am pretty sure you are refering to background images of the sections on Corstone page, then with another images layered on top that give those “special effects”

    This is done by following the instructions that Lely gave + using background images + Layers on top. It looks like onside is inside the container and other isn“t, but they are actually both in. Just the background image is not.

    If you have any further questions,

    Please let us know.

    Thanks,

    Joao
