    Good morning!
    Today I purchased your theme and was disappointed of its work 🙁
    I started new site. Install wordplerr last version. Install X The Theme and plagins. When I start to edit main page on my site I did’n see Cornerstone and Visual Composer on my admin panel on the top. I deleted all plugins and reinstall again, deactivaite all plagins, delete Cornerstone (but he inslall auto Oo), but it’s doesn’t work.
    What could be the problem?

    Hey there,

    Thanks for writing in. First, have you validated X already (see https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/). And, could you give us a screenshot showing Cornerstone is not working. For Cornerstone usage instructions, please see our Knowledge Base.

    For us to know the issue, we will need access to your site. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in!

    You home page is blog page and its content generates automatically. Blog page is not editable with cornerstone. I added a new page titled ‘X support’ and added some cornerstone elements to show you it’s working fine. Please check it.
