Hi guys,

I am currently developing a website and have assign a development license to: http://www.enjoycrestedbutte.com/crestedbuttesnowsports

the main license is assign to this domain: http://www.dopchevproductions.com

It seems like I cannot update the development site – it says license not valid. So could the development site be updated or not?

Thanks for writing in! http://www.enjoycrestedbutte.com/crestedbuttesnowsports is not a different domain or subdomain rather a sub folder. So you don’t need to assign this as new domain. Let’s remove this from Themeco account and try validating again.

Hi guys,

Just tried to validate again the development environment listed above (it took a while until I got around it) and it still says the license is not validated…

Any thoughts on that?

p.s. have another license assigned to https://rompskis.com, which is hosted as a subdomain under http://www.enjoycrestedbutte.com

Would you mind providing your site’s admin login credentials in private reply? I’ll try my purchase key just to see if this is related to connectivity. You may provide your purchase key as well.

Then please assign http://www.enjoycrestedbutte.com/crestedbuttesnowsports/ as your dev site on your license page.

Thanks for writing back. I tried to validate the site and it was validated without any issue. Also updated Cornerstone after validation. So everything seems fine from my end. Let’s check again.
