KodwoeParticipantI have validated license key for local development. I need to show the website to client now for approval process every now and then.
The final client destination domain does not have hosting, so my only option is to use a subdomain under temporary hosting on my hosting account as a clientdomain.mycompany.com
Please help me get this to work, so client can interact with the development site (currently on localhost with mamp).August 22, 2016 at 12:15 pm #1141772
RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing in!
You have a handful options for this. You could purchase a new license and add the purchase code to your account here, or open a new members center account for your client with that purchase code.
Once you decide what account to use, you can create a new API key for that license for the development environment. When you’re ready to go live, you can revoke the development key from your licenses page, and generate a new key for the production site.
Hope this clears things up!
Let us know if you have any other questions.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Please refer to our migration guide here (https://community.theme.co/kb/cornerstone-migration/). We now provide an additional key, so that you can verify your development environment as well as your live server. Please refer to our validation guide for more information (https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/).
Thanks!
