margjordanParticipantI am attempting to validate my x theme copy for a staging site. I have included screen shots of my dashboard with the url registered for both live and dev sites. but am getting the message: This site URL is not a match for your API key.
Thank you.

RupokMemberHi there,
It seems you are using an older version of X and apparently it’s broken – http://prntscr.com/c6z43f
Let’s update the theme manually for now. You can download the installable theme from themeforest or here – https://community.theme.co/dashboard/
You can just place the extracted theme folder x under wp-content/themes/ folder using FTP replacing the old theme folder.
Also please follow the installation video to understand it better – https://community.theme.co/kb/theme-installation/
After updating the theme, let try validating your site with the purchase code.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!

margjordanParticipantAll updated now, but still broken. The gibberish is still at the top.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. It seems you had a broken Cornerstone. I have removed the Cornerstone and the fresh version was installed automatically since you already validated X.
Everything should be fine now.
Cheers!
