    Hi there,

    Revolution slider doesn’t need activation code as it comes bundled in X and it works as long as X is activate.
    Please follow this link https://community.theme.co/kb/demo-content/, clear cache and install demo content again.

    Hope it helps.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating in! I have tried to import the demo but there is an AJAX error in your dashboard. It seems that there is a fatal PHP error. I have tried to log in to the cpanel but the username seems invalid.

    Can you please enable WP_DEBUG mode? You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding
    define( 'WP_DEBUG' , true ); just above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ For example:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    When you revisit the dashboard, we should have some error output describing the issue in more detail. We also recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line
    /*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

    We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.

    I will update the password fields now.
