    Hi!

I noticed that on my laptop (Microsoft Surface Pro 4), when I browse X powered websites using Chrome, my laptop is detected as a mobile devices.
The display is fine, however parallax is disabled, videos in sliders are replaced with their posters, lightbox shortcode only responds to touch (rather than mouse clicks), etc.

When using Edge, none of the above happens and the site works as it does on my PC.

Maybe you can shed some light on this, Thank you!

    Hey Erez,

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, touch screen laptops are considered as mobile device in Chrome. There is currently no solution for this. Please stay tuned for updates.

    Thanks.

No problem, I was just curious about this peculiar behavior, and wondered if it was local.

Thank you very much for the information! (:
