    Hi Themeco Supporter,

    I really love the X Theme. So much so that I bought it twice. I am currently hosting two wordpress domains. I have one active site using the X Theme. I just purchased an additional theme to use on my second site. When I go to load I get the following message “Destination folder already exists.”

    I’m wondering if there is a way around this. I do not want to delete my current X Theme site as I have spent many long hours putting it together. I can send you all wordpress login info upon request.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Nathan,

    Does this two wordpress domains you have point to different installation or hosting? If yes, the error should not exist and it should not delete your current site with X theme.
    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi There,

    The http://calvarychs.ca/ has its own WP installation files (/public_html/calvarychs.ca/) so it should not overwrite or conflicting with your other WP installation.

    And it seems the warning is true, your site http://calvarychs.ca/ has already x theme installed on its themes folder.

    http://calvarychs.ca/wp-content/themes/x/style.css

    Have you successfully installed the x|theme on http://calvarychs.ca? Please clarify.

    Bye the way, the wp-admin credentials you provided above did not work.

    Hey there,

    You can’t install X in http://calvarychs.ca/ because you already installed it but you are using a different theme (see attachment). You can just activate X if you want to use it.

    Hi Nathan,

    All your information and work is stored on the database.

    If you want to build a second website on the same hosting you need to create a sub-folder.

    So your WordPress installation will be installed instead of on /public_html/ on /public_html/newsite/

    Than you will connect this WordPress to another database, not the same used on your original site.

    Hope that makes sense.
