    Hi there,

    I read your reasons that the demo content would fail to import into my website. I have contacted my host (siteground) and they have increased the memory but no success.

    They wrote this:
    “I have increased the limit however the issue remained. It seems that the issue is with the theme as there are no logs recorded on the server. I would advise you to contact its developers who should should be able to resolve the issue for you”.

    What should I try next? I am trying to import the Church demo site into my site.

    Please backup your site and let us know which demo content you want to setup. Also please admit if we have permission to try to setup demo content for you.

    Hi Christopher,

    No need to backup. I haven’t done anything with it yet.

    Please feel free to install the Church theme or any you need to try

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well? This is the error,

    Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 180492 out of 281298 bytes received

    Though, I can’t which one is causing and I like to confirm it by testing it.

    Hello There,

    I have checked your site and it turns out that you will need to increase the PHP time limit (http://php.net/manual/en/function.set-time-limit.php). Currently you only have 120, you’ll need at least 300 which is a default requirement for WordPress. I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like this is due server configuration problems. Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you.
