I understand that the standard demos do not come with images but
I tried to setup the demo content for integrity and even some of the placeholders are absent. Example the top slider is missing completely – there is not even a placeholder for it. Secondly the menu shows only “HOME” and finally, there are no pages and posts to serve as examples, why?What can I do to correct this? Is this normal? It looks messy.
My X-theme version is 4.6.4 and Cornerstone Version 1.3.3 and the WordPress Version is 4.6.1

ok Thanks. But please check again now cuz the home page is now generating raw code only. Can u help me to correct that?
Looks like you uninstalled Cornerstone? To install again, go to Addons and it will be installed automatically by X. Please check your plugins also if Cornerstone was deactivated.

Thanks I re-activated all the plugins and then it worked.
My final question hopefully is: Why is it that the pages and posts I saw in the demo are not also in place. Must I go through the hard work of re-creating them. Why are you denying us the convenience? I know images must be omitted but why take away the posts and pages entirely??

Thanks for updating in! The standard demo content will only import the homepage and all the customizer settings. We have omitted the posts, portfolio items and pages because if you install different demo contents like Ethos 1 and then decided to install another and then like the other demo content better, there will be duplicate posts and pages with the same contents.
If you want to import the demo posts, portfolio items, and pages, please check out the attached dummy content xml and import it to your site.
