I’ve just purchased the x theme and im trying to import agency demo to my site but in the middle of the process i get this message “Experiencing some difficulties. Hang in there, trying to reconnect. Demo import failed”
I would appreciate if you can help me.

Thanks for writing in!
In order to track what’s been imported, X creates an internal cache of content that’s already been imported. If you delete it, it is assumed that you don’t want that content. Try going to this URL:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-demo-content&clean-cache
That will reset the cache, and allow everything to be imported again. Just keep in mind that doing this mean you’ll need to manually delete any duplicates if you didn’t delete the existing content first.

labileroutsParticipantThanks for your reply. I honestly dont think that the problem is due to what you’re saying. Since the first time i tried to import the demo content i get the “Experiencing some difficulties. Hang in there, trying to reconnect. Demo import failed” message. Besides that when i try to access the page you give me i get the following message: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
I would appreciate if you provide me further orientation so that i can solve the problem.

It looks like your hosting doesn’t meet the PHP requirements to fully run WordPress. PHP binaries on your server didn’t include zlib when they were built. PHP should include it by default, but it must have gotten excluded somehow. It’s something your host will need to investigate as your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.
