Ive tried enable debug logging. Nothing is logged.

tried setting max php time, host max is 90, cant edit because its shared hosting.

normal demo content install fine, expanded fails (trying to import spa)

Hi All,

Just wanting to add to this following a discussion over in the Facebook group. One of my sites uses content from the Agency demo (a little blue square pattern on repeat) , and a couple of days ago it disappeared from the site and I had to replicate it in in illustrator. Not an issue for me, but others in the facebook group are reporting issues with the expanded demo content. Here is the link:

I tested Agency demo in several of my test sites and didn’t experience an issue. Do you remember your activity before the issue happened?

No backup necessary, its a new site. yes please try it! Its the usual “demo content failed to finish importing” with as many of these errors as i see on here, I’d assume you guys have a better troubleshooting or at least “heres a link to manually download them and instructions.”

I wanted the SPA Demo. Also you have not resolved what the issue was. As i mentioned previously it seems to be a common occurrence based on the number of forum posts, Again there should be a link to all these for manual installation. What if i want to mix and match from the different templates?

Sorry for the confusion, the reason why it’s not importing is due to the internal error. Even if there is any manual installation available, it may still fail due to internal server error. And yes, we don’t have any manual demo installation, yet.

And what do you mean by the common occurrence of a number of forum posts?

I tried getting the detail of the error but there are no error logs available even by turning it on. Would you mind contacting your hosting provider and see if you can get some details about it?

And are you on shared hosting? Other expanded demo works, which could be related to site’s performance on a shared hosting. Increasing memory limit usually doesn’t work on shared hosting and processing power is too limited.

I am having the same issue with We’re sorry the demo didn’t finish installing. I have reinstalled theme and have had no luck. this is the second license and had no problem with the first one. please help.
