    Hi there,

    I have just installed X for a client and I want to import the Education Demo content. But I get an error (attached). Any suggestions?

    please check your server permission and see if the permissions set correctly.

    Hi,

    I had my ISP person check this, he made some adjustments to the permissions and nothing has worked. Do you have other suggestions?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    Oh, fyi I am trying to import the Education demo content. Right now I have it set to Icon 10 but I haven’t done anything that needs to be saved…

    Hi Tara,

    I tried to import the demo but it still fails even if I clear the demo content cache.

    Please try to check this on your end:

    PHP Memory Limit – follow this post on how to set it (https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/church-expanded-demo-fails-to-import-with-1and1-server/#post-383873)
    PHP Max Script Execute Time – set to 300 (http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-fatal-error-maximum-execution-time-exceeded-in-wordpress/)

    Additionally you can enable error log file to narrow down your issue (https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/bp_setup_current_user-error-when-in-customizer/#post-148541).

    If the suggestions from the links above fail, kindly provide us with your FTP details.

    Hi there,

    I have checked your setup and I would suggest you to try again with a brand new installation of WordPress. That should resolve most of the common problems including demo content importing.

    Let us know how it goes.
