Hi Guys,

I’m having difficulties trying to import the demo theme.

I’m working on a staged site and have tried every workaround I could find in the forum including increasing my memory in .php – and adding the &clean-cache to the end of my url.

I can’t install anything, expanded or standard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh and I’ve tried on two different internet connections to eliminate issues with connectivity.

Hi there,

I see following error :

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

We have found that this is typically due to security settings or permissions errors with the server. For this particular situation, you will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to ensure that your file permissions are set correctly. Additionally. This should be able to be remedied by writing into the support team at your host and asking them to whitelist the ModSecurity rules on your domain.
