    Hello,

    I have tried the clean cache command and also added the following to wp-config.php:
    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
    define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

    Integrity gave the failed import error. Renew loaded fine. Education got to the “Working on it” bit. Agency bounces out before “working on it” is displayed.

    Does the fact that Renew loaded suggest the firewall, cURL and my host are not an issue re access to AWS?

    I have tried about 15 times and crawled the forums.

    If possible, I’d prefer not give you my ftp login details.

    Rob

    Update…Integrity 2,3 and 5 loaded ok. Integrity 1 fails. I’ll keep trying others but none of the Expanded Demos load

    It finally worked. I’m unsure if being connected to a LAN (not wifi) helped but Agency finally loaded. Other Standard Demos failed earlier on LAN but Agency loaded after maybe 10 tries. I’d have thought the connection between my host and Theme.co (AWS) would be the issue so doubt connecting my laptop via LAN helped, but it got there in the end.

    Is there just a lot of load on the Theme.co servers?

    Hello There,

    Thank you for writing in and for the very detailed information. I could say that there aren’t a lot of loads in our server. You may just have imported during peak hours but this might not be true. Anyway, I did some further investigation. I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.3.29 and WordPress 4.5 requires at least 5.6 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue or even create possible issues in the future. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:

    Dear host,

    I\'m interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and
    I was wondering if my account supported the following:

    - PHP 5.6 or greater
    - MySQL 5.6 or greater
    - The mod_rewrite Apache module

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.
