glensonParticipantHi,
I’m on wordpress 4.5.3, installed X Theme and extension via ftp upload, installed and activated most of the plugins. And then downloaded the Ethos 3 demo via the X Addons -> Demo Content -> Ethos 3. The demo installation finished successfully with no error but when loading the home page the page looks broken, other than the header and footer which displays almost correctly the centre body of the page displays only the raw html shortcodes.
Please help.
Thank You

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for the very detailed information. To resolve this issue, please install Cornerstone. Most of the time, it will get installed automatically when install install X. If ever it is not installed yet, you can get the latest version from here: http://your-domain.com/wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/cornerstone.zip
And by the way, I already added your site in my host file but it seems it is not displaying.

glensonParticipantHi. Thanks.. installing cornerstone seems to fix things.
I have another problem.
I’m trying to use the export settings for the ConvertPlug, I’ve already created a Modal Popup, but when I click Export, it crashes.
Please refer to the attached screenshot.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I did some further investigation. I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.3.29 and WordPress 4.5 requires at least 5.6 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:
Dear host, I\'m interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and I was wondering if my account supported the following: - PHP 5.6 or greater - MySQL 5.6 or greater - The mod_rewrite Apache module Looking forward to your reply.Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

JadeModeratorHi there,
Yes, when you go to your license page then for every license you could use it for a production and development link (staging).

ChristianModeratorI went to your live site and yes I see the issue. You haven’t update your PHP version yet though. That is required. Otherwise, we couldn’t help.
Thanks.
