    Hi there,

    I sent the same message 2 weeks ago but no response yet and I really need to get started with this so please help. I installed the theme, demo shows up but when I try to install it gets stuck on installing for an hour and no luck….it basically freezes. I tried this multiple times, in different browsers…please help resolve this.

    Please backup your site and provide us with URL and login credentials.
    Let us know which demo content you want to set up and confirm if we have permission to try to set it up for you.
