lumehouseParticipantWhen I try to apply demo content in the dashboard I get a message saying “demo content failed to finish importing.”
I’m applying demo content because I have a layout in mind that one of the demo gets close to, and I hope to edit from there. However if there’s a way to start from scratch I would do that as well. I’m kind of at a lost. I know what I want to do but I can’t figure out how to do it.

lumehouseParticipantAlso I’m getting this error in the customizer:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 49152 bytes) in /home/lumehouse/public_html/dev/wp-admin/includes/user.php on line 95August 18, 2016 at 7:39 am #1136720
lumehouseParticipantIs there a way of wiping all my content and starting from scratch?

lumehouseParticipantAnd I’m getting this error now:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 84 bytes) in /home/lumehouse/public_html/dev/wp-includes/class-wp-customize-control.php on line 186August 18, 2016 at 9:23 am #1136843
JoaoModeratorHi There,
Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );You can add it before the line
/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks

lumehouseParticipantI made the change. I’m still getting the error “Experiencing Technical Difficulties” When I try to apply demo content.

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Your web host is very limited. Please consider moving to another host and start a clean WordPress install from there.
If that is not an option, please deactivate all your third party plugins and give FTP access.
Thanks.
August 22, 2016 at 1:40 pm #1141897
lumehouseParticipantYou have access. Feel free to do what you need with the WordPress installation in for the dev directory.
August 22, 2016 at 1:41 pm #1141899
lumehouseParticipantI’m going to try to start form scratch. I’ll let you know if I still have problems in an hour.

lumehouseParticipantI started fresh and its working now. I’m having trouble getting the grid to work. How to I generate a token properly. It can’t find my purchase.
August 23, 2016 at 1:17 am #1142647
ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Provided URL doesn’t use x anymore. Please provide us with correct URL, login credentials and also provide us with more detail about the issue you’re having with the grid plugin.
Not that integrated plugins don’t need to be registered and they should work as long as x is active.
Thanks.
