Good day
I am trying to install demo content without any luck. I wanted to use the Ethos 3 theme as I like the video as the main welcome page but when I downloaded that demo content the video and other images weren’t there.
I then tried to download the Church demo content and it tells me it is trying to reconnect and then there are technical issue with the download.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for writing in! The Ethos 3 is an standard demo which only import the structure of the homepage, but wont not import the actual images, secondary pages and slider (which you are seeing on top of the menu)
The slider on top of the page on Ethos 3 is added using the Feature slider above the masthead option, follow that link for more info.
Regarding Church demo, the Church demo is an expanded demo which will import everything as opposed to the standard demos. Make sure you have a stable connection when importing expanded demo since that will import lots of elements.
And we can not check your page as it is in under construction mode. Please provide us login credentials in private reply, so we can take a closer look.

I have tried to load demo content and it is working well.
Don’t forget to clean cache before setting up the demo content again.
To clean cache for demo content add this in your URL
http://yoururl.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home&x-clean-demo-content-cache
