wwilliamsParticipantHi Team,
Working with the site http://petyeti.1stavailable.com.au/ and I’m unable to import the demo content.
My Developers have informed me the WP Memory Limit has been raised.
Can you advise on what else may be causing this?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for providing the information. You might be experiencing PHP memory exhaustion. I can see that the memory is up to 128MB. We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */We would loved to know if this has work for you. If nothing else works, would you mind providing us the ftp login credentials so we can take a closer look? This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your credentials, we will be happy to assist you with everything.
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– FTP Hostname
– FTP Username
– FTP PasswordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thank you.

wwilliamsParticipantHi Rue,
Unfortunately this has not worked.
Are there any write permissions that need to also be set if this is not working, or whitelist any domains for the content to pull through?
Alternatively, is there an XML file I could import through WP Importer to acheive the result?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for the updates! I am still seeing 128MB of memory limit only. I have tried the Demo Content import and I encounter an Error 503 (Service Unavailable: Back-end server is at capacity).
http://prnt.sc/dcltdxAfter reviewing the information provided above, I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.
By the way, there is no available xml file that you could import because the demo content is taken up from our server as you import the demo content.
