    Hi There,

    I’m a first time purchasers of X Theme.

    I know there’s been a few other posts about this, to which I’ve read but it doesn’t seem like the solutions worked for me.

    I installed the wordpress files for the theme and all went smoothly. I wanted to start building and I found the sections with the demos. However when I hit the run button and it comes back with a “We’re sorry, it failed to import”.

    I have since tried to import the xml file, also a failure. I’ve installed the entire x theme package as well and I receive the same issue.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks for posting in.

    Are you on Godaddy hosting?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
