When I go to Addons and click on the drop down box under Demo Content, there is nothing in the drop down box but the headings “Expanded Demos” and “Standard Demos”. There are no subitems in the list under those headings as shown in the “Demo Content” page in the forums.

Also, under the Extensions in Addons, when I click on the install button for any of the plugins, nothing happens.

Did something not get installed with the theme?

Hi There,

Please revoke and revalidate your site by following the steps below.

1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.



2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert your purchased code.

If that does not work, please provide us login credentials in private reply so we can take a closer look.

Hi there,

Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to update your PHP version to at least v5.6.0 or above. Then ask them to increase your PHP Max Script Execute Time to 300.

Also check the following

– Ensure your firewall is not blocking: community.theme.co
– Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.
– Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.

With those correct configuration, you should be able to generate demo content and use the extensions.
