    Hi,
    I’m a newbie and have just installed X Theme. When I go to the demo content under addons, I can’t select either “Standard” or “Extended” demo’s. Do I need to re-install X Theme? Please help asap. Thanks

    Thanks for writing in!

    In that case, please give us access to your WordPress admin and FTP so we could see why you can’t click anything in WordPress admin > X Addons.

    Hi I am also unable to access my demo content when I click to view demo from drop down menu I get this message.

    Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /index.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Have spoken to my hosting company who said they think it is a problem at the theme side.

    Hi there,

    Please contact your hosting provider and forward this issue, they are the only one that can configure your site. They should allow those requests, they are currently blocked.

    Hey Rad,

    Can you give me any more information to contact them with and what is blocked.

    They are saying its a issue on your side… And im in the middle at the moment not knowing how to proceed.

    Hi there,

    It’s the message you just provided,

    Forbidden

    X theme and cornerstone have no capability to do it because it’s within the security level of your hosting. Please check this https://mediatemple.net/community/products/dv/204644980/why-am-i-seeing-a-403-forbidden-error-message. I’m just recommending to forward it to your hosting provider so they could easily trace what’s causing the FORBIDDEN error.
