    How do i install the Demo Content XML.file?

    I have installed the X-Theme but the demo content on Addons is empty.

    I have ried to install the rest of the content through theme installer but doesn’t work… Please help!

    Thanks for posting in. Please make sure that your site is validated. If the site is already validated and the issue still exists, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Hi Jon,

    Can you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    If that doesn’t help, you can try re-installing xtheme.

    Hi There,

    Upon checking, I got the following error:
    x-addons-home.min.js?ver=4.4.2:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'undefined' of undefined
    Did you completely deleted x theme files before reinstalling? If not, please try deleting in again from this folder wp-content/themes/ and try installing it again. Do let us know how this goes.
