Hi there,

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If it doesn’t help, provide us with login credentials in private replay.

– FTP Hostname
– FTP Username
– FTP Password

It depends on where the code is added, I can’t confirm it since I can’t check it. No FTP login credentials, and admin login credentials are wrong.

Thanks for updating in! I already check your child theme and there is nothing that displays the code in your site. It may have came from a plugin. Could you please put your site under construction mode so that we can do a thorough testing. I would like to test for a plugin conflict and planning to switch theme with Twenty Fifteen to find out where this code coming from. If you would permit, we can put your site in maintenance mode so that we can proceed with the troubleshooting.
