RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating. It seems Font Awesome Icons are not loading – http://prntscr.com/b56008
The font location returning 404 error (i.e. http://cintadurian.com/wp-content/themes/x/framework/fonts/font_awesome/fontawesome-webfont.woff2)
So, let’s go to the directory and see if the font files exists there or not. If you see the files there but still returning 404 error then it’s a permission issue. Please try resetting your WordPress files and folders permissions. The correct settings can be found at http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/08/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/
These files should have 644 permission.
If you are using IIS then note that IIS doesn’t enable the .woff or .woff2 mime type by default, so we’ll need to add some additional rules to the web.config for this.

Hope that helps.
Cheers!

gunaParticipantI am in the directory via FTP…what is the folder path for the font files?
May 18, 2016 at 6:44 pm #998337
gunaParticipantNever mind. I found the “Fonts” folder. All files are at 644 settings and the “font awesome” folder is at 755.
Still not loading.Let me check the next step…

RupokMemberHi there,
I don’t think the permission is set right as it still can’t be accessed publicly – http://cintadurian.com/wp-content/themes/x/framework/fonts/font_awesome/fontawesome-webfont.woff2
Kindly follow this for more information and other settings – https://community.theme.co/kb/solutions-to-potential-setup-issues-font-awesome/
Thanks

RupokMemberHi there,
If you are using IIS then you are supposed to edit web.config. It would be better if you reach to your hosting provider to set the right permission for you. Let them know that the font files are not accessible publicly. Hope they will be able to assist you on this better. Unfortunately we can’t assist much when the issue is on your server or configuration.
Cheers!

gunaParticipantI think the main problem is that my .htaccess got attacked and affected the entire root and all sub-directories/websites
May 19, 2016 at 3:49 pm #1000256
gunaParticipantIs the web.config located in the root? Or is it another term for wp-config?
