    Hi,

    In Appearance > customize, the customizing options are not showing. I am not using any cache plugins. Help me fixing this.

    Hi There,

    Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Here you have a video tutorial in any case:

    Let us know how it goes. If that does not work please provide your credentials in a private reply.

    Thanks

    Hi Gaurav,

    In that case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    This is not an issue with X. There’s a problem with your setup. You have no theme in Appearance (see attachment).

    Please give us FTP access. Use the regular username and password instead of using a key file.

    Thanks.

    Hi again,

    I have done some tests and there was a third party plugin that was breaking the X theme. When I deactivated all of your third party plugins everything started to work as expected (see attached). I’ve reactivated all of your plugins so you can test for the plugin conflict by yourself. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Cheers!
