I’m attempting to customize the navigation on a site that I’m building – I’m still working on a local server.

I understand how to make the mobile nav appear regardless of screen size, but am unsure of how to customize the functionality.
I would like to have my nav work in a similar fashion to this website <http://www.hutchlaw.com/>

How would I go about doing that?

I’ve attached a screenshot of the local build as well
