My customizer doesn’t show me the page when it’s open…

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Looks like it’s being causing by a plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Thanks for your reply! I’ve now deactivated ALL third partie plugins, but the issue remains.
Any more ideas?

Hi There and thanks for getting back to me.
The only thing I did was to create a staging copy of the website…I deleted a lot of pages, posts and plugins….Also I updated all remaining plugins, the x-theme and wordpress….

I am sorry that I can’t tell any more details :-/

The issue is your using your live site’s WordPress and Site Address in your staging site (see attachment)

You need to fix it.
