    Hello,
    I posted a comment about the templates on this post: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/templates-missing-after-x-theme-update/

    I have been working around that, but it would be nice to have them back.

    A more concerning problem is that the customizer is no longer saving. There are changes that I need to make to get the site live, and my updates just won’t save. I have cleared the browser cache and have tried in multiple browsers with the same results.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! Regretfully the given credentials is not working for us. Please double check it. For the meantime, you might have been experiencing PHP memory limit. We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line
    /*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

    We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.

    Sorry it took me a bit to get back to you.

    That did the trick!

    Thank you so much.

    Bad news. It defiantly improved things, but it does still look like a memory issue of some sort. I am trying to add a couple of more pages and whenever I start doing things in CornerStone the RAM on the server maxes out. I have been trying to do, then save every so often, but I would really like to get my work completed. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hi there,

    Content processing and other features require memory, the bigger they are, the more resources it needs. Same as desktop software the requires higher specs when it becomes bigger ๐Ÿ™‚

    What’s the max memory of your site? Though, It shouldn’t go up above 128mb on a small site. You may want to check other plugins that use memory, they could be using up bigger resources than cornerstone and X theme.

    Thanks!

    Hi There,

    The hosting account has 512 MB. The only time I seem to have problems is when I am working in CornerStone. The rest of the time the site seems to be fine. I am looking at the CPU usage and Memory Usage on the hosting account. As soon as I open CornerStone the CPU usage goes up to 80% and the Memory Usage goes from about 180 MB to 353.5 MB. There may be something conflicting, but I never had a problem until the last upgrade. As soon as I click out of CornerStone, CPU goes back down to 20% and shortly after Memory returns to about 190 MB.

    So, I just went back to the dashboard. This time, CPU didn’t jump as badly, Memory went up moderately. However, when I made a minor change and clicked save, the Momory went to 468.6 MB and the I/O Usage went to 1024KB/s (max).

    Ok. Did some looking around. I installed JetPack on the same day that I updated everything else. I have a sneaky suspicion that may be what is causing some of this issue. Have you had any known conflicts with JetPack?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating the thread! Jetpack has some performance modules that have caching. As with any caching, you need to purge it to see current changes. It’s best to keep these off when editing the site. You can turn them back on when the site is live. You can try turning off the performance module and see if that fixes it.

    Let us know how that goes. Hope this helps – thanks!

    Yes! Turning of Jetpack seems to have resolved the issues. Thank you so much for all of your help and support.
