I am using customizer on a new site I have started, and for some reason when I click customize, it gets stuck on the spinning X logo, and down at the bottom right in firefox where it tells you whats going on, it seems to get stuck on “connecting to placehold.it”

Once it finally loads, any changes I try to make, the same things happens, it gets stuck on “waiting for placehold.it”

Any help on this would be great.

my site is http://www.photoboothsource.com – I have the newest version of wordpress, newest version of X, and all the add-ons were just installed and updated so nothing is out dated.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Try adding the following lines into your wp-config.php file in the root of your WordPress installation.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add the above code, before the following lines:
/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

I have already added those lines to that code, sorry I should have mentioned that.
