    hi guys,

    new to x theme, thought i would give it a try for my next site project.so purchased 2 days ago the new release and installed on a fresh wordpress site and the customizer wont load , also rev slider is un-responsive when n installed . i have checked the basics but still no luck . tried this on live and in xampp. same issue. maybe ive done something wrong , but could use some info / help

    Hi There,

    Thanks for the credentials. Did you update something on your site recently? I’m afraid your customizer settings is corrupted, you need to reset your customizer settings, to do that navigate to Addons > Customizer Manager > Reset . I believe your site is based on Wedding demo, you can download this wedding demo customizer settings and import it to your site as a head start.

    You might want to update your PHP and MySQL version to 5.6 first, as that is the required version for WordPress.
