Hi there,
I wanted to check in with you guys because for some reason, when I go into the customizer on my X Child Theme, the initial menu appears on the left, but when I click any of the options, the submenus all appear blank. I’ve attached a screenshot.
Any idea what’s going on?
Don’t want to delete the theme and reinstall because I want to save the settings and css I have stored there.
That’s really strange, it just won’t work for me. I load customizer, I see the options on the main menu, but when I click into any of the menu items, it switches to the submenu but before anything appears, it all goes blank. The only way I can get out is to push the x in the top left that closes the customizer all together.
As I said, it’s working fine in Firefox, and I can load x customizer on the other sites I am running X on in safari, so it’s only happening with this one site and I’m not sure why.

I checked and it’s working okay too. Perhaps it’s your browser cache? Please provide a video recording too, we maybe testing it differently.
