    Hey guys,

    I have this issue with the customizer, it freezes everytime I try to change something or want to get back out of it. The site is afterwards unavailable for an hour or so.
    This happend the second or third time I used the customizer and it persists.

    I am completely new to wordpress and purchased X theme to not have to handle any code. Hopefully you can help me with this problem.

    Hi Andreas,

    Thanks for posting in.

    Looks like your hosting is limiting connection requests. Probably a security feature, would you mind contacting them and have it disabled while testing.

    And please provide your admin and FTP login credentials in private reply.

    Thanks for your help. I recently switched from the Agent Demo to a “Renew 04” and it works perfectly now.
    I guess something in the demo was causing the problem.

    Hi there,

    Please export customizer settings under X addons page and then reset it. Now check customizer functionality.
