Setup:
Wordpress v4.5.4
X Theme 4.6.1 (I think – date says July 25, 2016) – Integrity

The CUSTOMIZER section of the site is not displaying any options. (*See attached image) I know that this was working a few weeks ago. I have followed every piece of advice on this forum and in the KB.

Here are some things that I’ve tried without any success = no Customize options in Admin:
(FYI: I have coded/created many WordPress sites)
1. I successfully exported and imported the XCS JSON file – just to see if this was the issue. I also reviewed the JSON file. This file seems fine also.

2. I disabled Visual Code plugin (and a few other plugins)

3. I switched from X-Child back to X Theme – No Customize options
(… and then back again – just to see if that would fix it)

4. Added parameters for WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT, max_execution_time etc. into
– wp-config.php
– in a new php.ini file

5. I updated the jquery version.

I’m out of ideas. If someone from Themeco Support would like to login to see if they can resolve this issue, please let me know and I’ll PM the login info.

Wow. The magic of sending you a Forum message has solved my problem!!!!

No. Actually, just as I was submitting the post, I remembered a new plugin that I recently added. I deleted this plugin and the Customizer is working now!

So thanks – well – for just being there. : )
