    What is goign on. The customizer has disappeared when you click on it just says you are now customizing the site but there are no buttons or functions there. Everything is freaking out on my site. What is going on. The theme has lost some of its functionality. I am really concerned because we were going to launch this weekend. Please help.

    HI There,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Customizer disappeared for me today too. nothing was changed. It worked fine yesterday.

    Hi Chris

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
