    Hi,

    At the present moment, all my custom CSS is in the customizer. Do I need to transfer my custom css to the child theme>> styles.css before an update or is everything safe in the customizer?

    Hi Simone,

    The CSS in the customizer should remain intact after updating the theme but it’s always important to keep a backup of everything before updating to make sure you could easily revert in case you have to.
