DraxionParticipantHi support,
I’ve been struggling for days now trying to make changes to the nav menu to no avail. For one, the menu no longer looks like it originally did… and changes that I do try and apply through the customizer don’t seem to be applied. Child menu items (the drop down) doesn’t work on most pages, I can’t get rid of the round border on active selections, etc, etc.
I’m wondering if you would be so kind to take a look and help me figure this out.
Thanks!

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Your website is down. I’ve also checked in isup.me (see attachment).
Thanks.

ThaiModeratorHi There,
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Thanks.

DraxionParticipantOk.. everything is updated to the latest versions including the X Theme and Conerstone.
Is the site still down? I can access it from where I am without issue. Thanks

JadeModeratorHi there,
There are some JS errors in the console that might be causing the issue. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.

DraxionParticipantHi,
Thanks for the response and pointing me in the right direction. I finally fixed the issue. I had some jQuery script conflicts. All fixed I think, at least on the main page.
So the menu seems like its back to normal, drop downs are working now. However, I still can’t get rid of that round box surrounding the nav bar menu items. Could you take another look and maybe let me know what I need to modify?
thanks again!

FriechModeratorHi There,
You can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer.
.x-navbar .desktop .x-nav>li>a>span, .x-navbar .x-nav > li > a:hover, .x-navbar .x-nav > .current-menu-item > a { border-width: 0 !important; }Hope it helps, Cheers!
