tiv1ParticipantHi guys,
Thanks again for your great theme and support.
One problem I’m having with a couple of my Theme X sites. When adjusting the Letter Spacing of the h1, h2…etc in Customize>Typograhy, I see the change happening in the preview pane to the right.
But after saving, the spacing reverts back to what it was, EVEN though the em value is still changed. Is something over-riding this? How can it be fixed?
My temporary url is: heritage2017.tiv1.com
WP version: 4.71
Theme X: 4.6.4
Cornerstone: 1.3.3Thanks much.

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for posting in.
I just tried it and it works, it was -0.007 and I changed it to -0.008 and it works. Maybe what you’re seeing are zeros (-0.00)? The input text width is small, the changes are not noticeable until your use arrow key to move the character cursor to the right. Maybe I’m wrong, would you mind providing a video recording?
Thanks!

tiv1ParticipantHi Rad,
Thanks for your reply. Let me clarify –
When I change the value (or move the slider), the spacing changes in the preview pane on the right. So it looks good and seems to work. But after I save it, it reverts back to the same spacing. For some reason, it is not keeping the setting.
Would appreciate your help. Thanks.

JadeModeratorHi there,
I have tried the settings in the customizer and it seems to be working fine.
Please have a look at the h4 letter spacing setting which I set to a different value.
It works correctly even after I save and refresh the page.
Is there any heading text that might be having the specific issue?
If so, kindly point it out so we can check it.

tiv1ParticipantHi again,
No, it’s still not working for me. The value changes for the Headings letter spacing and the preview pane on the left shows it changing, but then after saving it, the headings revert back to the original spacing (even though the value in the customizer keeps the change). Something is overriding and canceling the change.
Can you please have another look? Specifically on this page – http://heritageschool.ac.cy/contact-us/enquiry-form/
The main title ‘ENQUIRY FORM’ is h1 and the title of the blue section below it ‘ABOUT THIS FORM’ is h6.
See if you can get them to change their spacing. Thanks much.

NicoModeratorHi There,
You could try this code in your Customizer > Custom > CSS:
.post-335 .x-alert .h-alert { letter-spacing: -2px }Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
