    Hi there! Any changes I make during customization will not save for some odd reason. I’ve tried clicking save and publish, but I am still unable to save customizations. Going through the customizations several times over is pretty exhausting. I’ve attached a screenshot of the warning message I get even after clicking save and publish.

    Also, none of the additional add-ons will download. I continue to get error messages. I have attached a screenshot of the add-on error message as well.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Was this guidance in response to the customizations failing to save or the add-on errors?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating the thread! Yes, this is one of the steps we use to to minimize possible causes. Please let us know how that goes – thanks!

    Hi There,

    Have you follow the instructions and tried testing for plugin conflicts as reccomended?

    Let us know.

    Also in the meanwhile let´s try to improve your PHP memory limit

    Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
    define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

    You can add it before the line

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Let us know how it goes.

    If after testing for plugin conflicts and improving the memory limits you have no results please provide us your Wp Amdin Credentials and FTP credentials in a private reply so we can take a closer look.

    Thanks

    Joao

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing your site’s URL as well? I checked your other threads and there is no provided URL.

    Thanks!

    Hi There,

    Thanks for the URL, but I’m constantly getting Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted. Please re-paste this on your wp-config.php file as the above one contain a different format of apostrophe.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    I’ve try to login with the FTP credentials you provided to confirm that, but it does not work. Please verify it.

    That error above says that your site is lacking the resources (WP_MEMORY_LIMIT) if the line of code above did not work, please contact your hosting support and ask them how you can increase your WP_MEMORY_LIMIT.

    Thanks.

    I was having the same issue, and adding that code to the wp-config fixed my problem as well.
