Jayd KParticipantHi there,
I am trying to edit the custom css in the Customize area, which I have always been able to do no problem. However, no I am trying to go into ‘custom css’ in customise, I am met with a blank window, and no way to go back (just the X in the top corner to leave the customiser). Is this something you are aware of?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks
Joao

Jayd KParticipantHi there,
I have deactivated all plugins that arent require by the theme (leaving in Cornerstone, Envira Gallery and Essential Grid) and the problem persists. Please let me know what I can do. Many thanks.

Jayd KParticipantHi there,
I have cleared my cache, but sadly the Customiser is still not working properly in Chrome.
I have however logged in with Firefox and this is OK as a workaround.
No idea what the issue could be?December 5, 2016 at 11:04 am #1281816
Jayd KParticipantHi there,
I also have another issue with this website on mobile.
The submenu has been coded in the Customiser to have a black background on hover and dark grey links.
However, on mobile this isnt happening, and everything in the sub menu is white.
Could you let me know how to code the submenu for mobile please?Looking at it – it’s because the main navbar has light colours for the menus as it has a dark background, however the opposite is true for the submenu – with a light background and dark lettering. I thought the submenu code would also stretch to the mobile submenu – do I need to code the mobile submenu colours separately?
Many thanks.

Nabeel AModeratorHi again,
I tested with Chrome both times and it is working fine on my end. Can you please share a video recording of the issue so we can have a better understanding of the issue?
Thanks!
