cloudtribalParticipantHi ThemeCo!
I’m currently trying to add a custom structure for permalinks. When I do that, my pages display a 404.
I have tried multiple solutions (vanilla “save”, checking .htaccess file, disabling plugins, etc.) to no avail.
Any ideas?

RupokMemberHi there,
Which custom permalink structure you are using. Make sure to use proper syntax if you write your own permalink structure. You can check this to see how it works – https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks
Cheers!

cloudtribalParticipantE.g. http://www.website.com/thisismycustomslug instead of http://www.website.com/?page_id=1423
I have done this on at least 3 dozen websites so those links aren’t of any help

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. Check the permalink settings under Settings > Permalinks. You just needed to set “Post name” to get this structure.
Cheers!
