    I have setup a custom sidebar for a page and a blog category, but I would like to show that sidebar for all posts in that category. I can check all the existing ones of course, but there are a lot, and I also don’t want to have to do that every time I post a new article to that category.

    Is there a way to tell it to use the custom sidebar for every post in a category?

    You can assign a sidebar to category then it will be assigned to their posts too.
