    Objective:
    I want to create a different look to the header. I was trying to wait for 5.0, but it looks like that won’t happen soon enough.
    I have One image where the logo is more inside the background for the top and the logo will shrink and shift down a bit for the scroll.

    I have a child theme currently installed. I would like to achieve these results in the best way possible. Please advise.Thank You.
