    Hello there, I’ve tried to add a script using the Customiser > Custom > Edit Global JavaScript tool but when I minimise the screen, I don’t get the option to save (just greyed-out ‘saved’ button.) And when I click on Edit Global JavaScript again, the code is missing. It’s a Hotjar tracking script for heatmapping. I’ve removed the <script> tags. I’m using:
    – WordPress 4.5.2
    – X Theme 4.4.2

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    I’m afraid I can’t share this as the site contains sensitive info. I can’t even share the link of the dev site 🙁 Sorry, it’s company policy. Have you come across this issue before? Thanks.

    Hi There,

    Try to disable all your 3rd party plugins first, especially those plugins that has something to do with security. And try to add your tracking code again.
