Amma1ParticipantHi,
I was wondering where I would start if I wanted to create my own ‘custom post layouts’ in Ethos. At the moment there are three options to select from ‘skinny’, ‘big’ or ‘full width’.
I would like to create more.
I have noticed that some sites like shinebythree(dot)com seem to have these custom layouts for their blog index and I would like to do something similar.
I understand that creating this would be something outside of the remit of this support forum and I am happy to do it myself, I was just wondering if you might point me in the right direction. i.e. where are the current layouts coded?
Thanks,

Amma1ParticipantHi there, thanks for getting back to me. This seems to be information about create custom post types. Perhaps I have misunderstood, but what I am looking to create are the custom layouts on the Blog Index (I’ve attached screen shots).
Thanks

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Sorry for the confusion.
Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself. If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries.Thank you for your understanding.
