ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I’m sorry you’re experiencing this after the update. What you’re seeing is a result of the X CSS path structure being changed back in version 4.3.3. You can fix this by using the updated child theme format that isn’t stack specific. Or you can update the path in
style.cssof your child theme. For more information on this process, take a look at the 4.3.3 release notes: http://theme.co/changelog/#theme-4-3-3Hope it helps.

Rubén MParticipantThank you very much for your fast answer! but now I can’t find the file where I did all those css customization. When I use developer tools to track the css file (as I remember menu items’ typo should be “Mathlete”) it ends up it’s an inline style. Any idea on how to know what is the file whcich contains these styles?
Thanks in advance

JoaoModeratorHi There,
You probably made your Customizations on Appereance > Customizer > Custom > CSS or on style.css of your Child theme.

Rubén MParticipantYou were right! I was pretty convinced I did it with the child theme method… Sorry! Now it’s almost done but still having problems. Now it’s with a self hosted video x-shortcut used in the index page. It’s not showed. The page only shows “Play” and “Pause” as list items. I suppose it will be probably the same path issue, but dunno what path I have to correct now in order to make it work.
Thank you very much for the support!

RadModeratorHi there,
You should delete X Shortcodes plugin and activate the Cornerstone plugin.
Cheers!

Rubén MParticipantBut the whole web is made using shortcodes so, if i delete X-Shortcodes plugin and activat cornerstone, will I have to redo the whole website?
Thanks for all your support.

ThaiModeratorHi Ruben,

You don’t have to worry. All the shortcodes in X-shortcodes are also included in the Cornerstone plugin.
So please deactivate X-shortcode and turn on Cornerstone.
Regards!

Rubén MParticipantThank you very much. I’ve already done this and now the video cover image is showed again but I can’t play the video. In addition, now if I want to edit my pages using cornerstone it starts from scratch! What can I do? Is something I’m missing here?
Thanks you again for your time and attention.

JoaoModeratorHi Ruben,
Are you referring is your front page video? It is working on my end. On which browser or device are you experiencing the issue?
Please clean your browser cache and test again in any case.
If you built your pages using WordPress Classic Editor or Visual Composer you cannot edit them with Cornerstone you need to start from zero.
Now my personal opinion. I have been on the same situation as you, as used X before Cornerstone existed and when Cornerstone came out I decided to migrate to Cornerstone, on the first couple of days it took me sometime to get used it, but believe me, it was worth, I managed to achieve much better results with Cornerstone and at much faster pace. I recommend you watching our knowledge base series or some YouTube Cornerstone Tutorials to get started, after that you will be impressed with the flexibility and how much easier it is to achieve great layouts using Cornerstone.
Let us know if you need further help,
Joao

Rubén MParticipantShould be a caché issue. Now I can watch it perfectly. Thank you one more time!
I’ll take your opinion into account.
Thanks all of you for your amazing support.
